Who are your teachers and where did you train? My teachers have included Linda Makowski, Beth James, Marianne Simpson, Michael Duerr and most recently, Tommy Mack. Each teacher has allowed me to let go, heal and evolve as a practitioner and teacher. I continue to study the teachings of Eric Schiffman (Yogi & Author of, Moving Into Stillness).
