This combined experience is suitable for all levels, offering a unique opportunity to unwind, recharge, and cultivate a sense of harmony within through the holiday season. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this workshop will leave you feeling refreshed, balanced, and deeply relaxed.

Immerse yourself in a deeply restorative Yin Yoga and Sound Bath Experience designed to harmonize and rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit. This unique workshop integrates the gentle, meditative practice of Yin Yoga with the healing vibrations of a live sound bath, creating a synergistic experience that enhances relaxation and inner peace.

During this session, Tiffany will guide you through a series of long-held, Yin Yoga poses that target the deeper connective tissues of the body, such as ligaments, joints, and fascia. By holding these poses for extended periods, you will encourage flexibility, release tension, and enhance circulation. Simultaneously, Tommy will fill the space with soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and gongs creating a tranquil atmosphere that promotes deep relaxation and mindfulness.

The sound bath will provide a backdrop that helps to deepen your practice, allowing you to sink further into each pose and connect more profoundly with your breath and inner self. The vibrations from the sound bath will resonate through your body, reducing stress, lowering blood pressure, and fostering a sense of overall well-being.

Here are a few things to ensure you have the best possible  experience:

1. Please plan on arriving at 15 minutes early to get yourself all set up and ready.

2. Please bring your yoga mat.

3. Optional things to bring that will optimize your comfort: A blanket for comfort, a pillow or bolster, cushion or something to put under your knees.

4. Plan on wearing comfortable clothing. The room will be an ambient warmth of around 75-82 degrees so it will be warm but not hot so please dress for warmth and comfort.

Root to Rise: A Half-Day Retreat with Tommy Mack and Tiffany Mack

Join us for Root to Rise, a thoughtfully curated half-day retreat designed to help you pause, reconnect, and realign both body and mind.

With Tommy’s steady guidance and thoughtful approach to teaching, this retreat offers a meaningful blend of breath, movement, and quiet reflection in a calm, welcoming setting.

We’ll begin the morning with an opening circle, setting personal intentions before moving into calming breathwork and guided meditation. From there, we’ll flow into qigong—a gentle, mindful movement practice that supports energy flow and balance—followed by an revitalizing yoga class.

After practice, we’ll enjoy nourishing smoothies together before transitioning into journaling and quiet reflection, offering space to integrate your experience in both mind and heart. The morning will close with a deeply restful restorative sound bath to leave you grounded, clear, and renewed.

Whether you’re looking to deepen your practice or simply step away from the pace of everyday life, Root to Rise offers a space to reconnect with yourself in a calm and supportive environment.

WALL WORK:
Yoga Asana on the Wall

Led by Tommy Mack

Optimize your alignment in familiar poses while using the assistance of the wall to support and provide proper muscular activation in the asanas.

This experiential and informative 60 minute workshop will help grow your asana practice and you will leave with principles you can apply in the postures during any class.

We will warm up the body with flowing dynamic movement with some movements utilizing the wall, move into standing and balancing postures utilizing blocks and feedback from the wall with tips to optimize alignment and enhance body awareness. We will explore a fun progression to some inversions and cool down with some finishing poses supported with the wall. Finish with a nice relaxing Savasana to calm and relax the body and mind. 

This will be a fun, engaging, and awareness building practical learning experience that will help grow and deepen your asana practice.
